1. Overview
At Magnyte®, we take pride in the quality of our premium automotive electronics and accessories. Our goal is to ensure that every ride you take is transformed by our products. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
You may initiate a return request within [7] days (recommended for electronics) of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, strictly in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, and protective films intact.
- No Installation Marks: For automotive electronics, items that show signs of installation (e.g., cut wires, removed adhesive tapes, or mounting scratches) are not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products (if applicable).
- Items purchased on a “Final Sale” or clearance.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical fluctuations.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all gadgets before shipping. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately.
- Reporting Period: You must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: Email us at
care@magnyte.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on stock availability.
5. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility in Faridabad:
- Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Approval/Rejection: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
6. Shipping Returns
- Self-Ship: In some cases, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error or a defect).

- Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before the product has been shipped.
- After Shipping: If the product has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a Return, and shipping charges may apply.
