Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Information

At Magnyte®, we understand that you are excited to upgrade your vehicle. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure your automotive electronics and accessories reach you safely.

2. Processing Time

  • Dispatch Timing: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after [2:00 PM] will be processed the next business day.

  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there is a stock issue, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metros & NCR: Orders are typically delivered within 2 - 4 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: Orders are typically delivered within 5 - 7 Business Days.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take 7+ Business Days.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or local restrictions.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our courier partner's website or via the link provided.

5. Shipping of Fragile Electronics

We take extra care in packaging automotive electronics (screens, sensors, cameras) to prevent damage during transit. We use high-quality bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated boxes.

Important: Please inspect the external packaging before accepting the delivery. If the package appears tampered with or heavily damaged, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately at care@magnyte.com.

6. Incorrect Address

Magnyte® is not responsible for products delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details (including Pin Code and Phone Number) at checkout. If you notice an error after placing an order, please call us immediately at +91 9650784512.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
